Description
- SSO authentication in ThingWorx fails with following error in the <ThingWorxStorage>/logs/SecurityLog.log :
[ Failed to utilize the SSO component for authentication ] [ Cannot pass null or empty values to constructor ] authentication status: [false]
- In an SSO setup for ThingWorx involving PingFederate and Azure AD, SSO login fails after entering credentials with generic error in browser :
The system is currently encountering an authentication configuration error. Close the browser and try to login again. If the problem persists contact your administrator.
- ThingWorx SSO configuration does not work after using the PingFederate automated script for Single Sign On.
