Description
- Unavailable system clipboard error happens when attempt to import a document via Gateway
- javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: cannot open system clipboard
- In GatewayApp.log, the following error messages are outputted
- [Main message loop] ERROR(0): java.io.IOException
java.io.IOException: system clipboard data unavailable - GATEWAY(5): com.mks.gateway.tool.exception.GatewayException
java.io.IOException: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: cannot open system clipboard
