Description

  • When editing child activity's duration, MFO of successor is not obeyed in Windchill ProjectLink

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Project
  2. Create a Plan
  3. Create Activities as below
    1. A1 - duration 5 - ASAP
    2. A2 - duration 2 - ASAP - add predecessor id of A1
    3. A3 - duration 1 - ASAP - add predecessor id of A2
  4. Now edit A3
    1. Change the constraint to MFO
  5. Create child activity A1-Child to A1 - duration 1 - ASAP
  6. Edit A1-Child and change duration to 300 days
  7. Click on finish, it gives popup , click on okay and again click on Finish

Expected: It should not accept duration as 300 days
Actual: It accepts 300 days and plan dates become invalid
