- When Java 11 is installed ThingWorx Foundation installer fails because the Tomcat service fails to start
There has been an error.
An error occurred during installation. For more information, review the installation log files. Clicking OK will stop the current installation.

- In ThingWorxFoundation_install.log/ThingWorxNavigate_install.log seeing Valid Java executable path: C:/Program Files/Java/jdk-11.0.8/bin/java.exe... even though JAVA_HOME is set to the Java 8 bin
