Unable to start a active active docker installation . Error "Failed to create SecurityManager" in ThingWorx 9.0

Description
- Execution of docker-compose up -d result in Failed cxserver container
- docker ps -a revealed that ThingWorx foundation containers have exited
- docker-compose logs -f shows following error for the platform containers
