Unable to login as "Active Directory (AD)" user, error: wt.org.UserNotFoundException: 'User not found: unknown web name <username>' is returned in MethodServer.log in Windchill

Description
- Unable to login as AD users, below error message can be seen in MethodServer log file:
wt.org.UserNotFoundException: 'User not found: unknown web name <username>'
- Only Active Directory users cannot login into Windchill, "wcadmin" user located in WindchillDS can login
- EnterpriseLdap users cannot login into Windchill after upgrade
- The users in another Directory Server integrated with Windchill can not login into Windchill
- Unable to login into Windchill with Active Directory users after rehost and unable to search AD users into participant administration window and AD users shows as disconnected users after rehost
- Users from Active Directory can not be searched out in Utilites>Participant Administration
- User getting error:
"XXXX" does not have Read permission for "Schedule Queue - SubStringIndexSchedule" in Administrative Domain "Site /System".- After the rehosting process, all users residing within the enterprise adapter have become disconnected
