Description
- Content of Embedded Browser is not visible, blank page, when starting Creo Parametric or Workgroup Manager client linked to a Windchill server
- Clicking on the Creo Embedded browser shows message zbcefr.exe from PTC is not responding
- Information is missing in the certain columns such as last modified or created on or the Folder path is missing in the Windchill pages
- Images / logos not updated in embedded browser
- When working from home using VPN and Creo with cache generated in office (<Windchill server ip when pinged from office>), Windchill pages are shown as blank or folder icons are shown as broken image sign in Creo embedded browser
- In the Network page of Chrome DevTools with Embedded Browser (CS273018 ), the content could not be shown due to the CORS error (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing error:InvalidPrivateNetworkAccess (failed) preflight Preflight)
- Accessing workspace in Creo or Workgroup Manager client embedded browser results in blank page
- Accessing Windchill in Creo or Workgroup Manager client embedded browser results in blank page
- Embedded browser is about 25% of its normal size and unable to expand or resize it
