Recent Chrome Update 83 affects many light boxes in Windchill

Description
With Google Chrome 83 following symptoms can be seen:
- Cannot open most of the Lightbox popups using the newest Chrome update, keeps on loading for huge time
- Spinning wheel while executing Set state from Folder Contents > Actions in Common Space
- Select several/multiple objects and perform Save As or Set State in Folder page, result page will be always loading
- Unable to add a new change task or edit change task during Change Notice creation process
- Browsers result freezed dialogs in the UI
- Dialogs are opening but not completely loading
- Spinning wheel while viewing resolve conflicts tasks
- Specific to Chrome 83 and intermittently reproducible with Lightbox UI
- Spinning wheel while performing activity like Checkout to Workspace, Revise etc. for dynamic document from Folder Menu
- Spinning wheel while creating using the type and attribute manager
- Spinning wheel while creating the re-usable attribute
