Description

  • Clicking anywhere of ThingWorx Composer page reports error 403 with a ThingWorx Navigate instance
  • Thingworx Navigate is configured with Windchill Authentication
  • Browser reports following error after session timeout

  • Steps to Reproduce
    1. Go To UserManagementSubsystem in ThingWorx Composer
    2. Set Configuration > Idle Session Timeout (min) as 2 minutes and save the changes
      • Default as 30 minutes
    3. Restart ThingWorx instance
    4. Login to ThingWorx Composer and wait for session timeout(about 2 minutes)
    5. Perform any action on Composer then browser throws 403 forbidden error
