Description

  • Error message: Multiple (2x) encoding detected in /Thingworx/ appears multiple times in ApplicationLog and ErrorLog 
  • Multiple encoding is happening in ThingWorx Platform
  • Browsing ThingWorx Composer leads to multiple error messages being logged
  • Multiple IntrusionException alerts for one ThingWorx Platform
  • Thingworx Docker Container keep having the Intrusion Exception error messages, need to know the root cause and how to fix it
  • Seeing repeated IntrusionDetector and Encoder errors in ApplicationLog.log whenever a user logs in or access any entity in ThingWorx Composer
  • One of the following messages repeats in ApplicationLog.log and ErrorLog.log located within <ThingworxStorage>\logs multiple times:
