Description
- If a project contains a media with dynamic content (URL), that package will fail to create with error:
Missing dependency: The dependency listed is missing from this instance. Add the item to this instance or remove the dependency to continue. Click Cancel to resolve these issues.
- The package will process successfully if that media is a locally-stored media artifact
