Description
- Login to ThingWorx fails with 500 error in browser
- Upon login to ThingWorx Platform the following is seen in the browser
- 500 Unexpected Error - Contact your system administrator for more details
- ThingWorx Platform fails to login with error in ThingworxStorage/logs/ApplicationLog.log:
- Unable to load collection [ThingShapes] : java.lang.RuntimeException: com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException: java.lang.Exception: Unable to process subscription Event.DataChange:Property.IndustrialThing to JSON: null
- Unable To Initialize Entity <Entity Name> in <Entity Type>: null
- Subscription '<Subscription Name>' not added to store for entity '<Thing Shape or Thing Template name>'. Error: Publisher <Thing Shape or Thing Template name> does not implement the specified event
- ThingWorx is not performing the login after importing a Project
