Fetching data from Windchill in ThingWorx Navigate or a Windchill Connector Thing fails with "Access is denied. You are not a registered Windchill user." when configured with Windchill Authentication or Single Sign-on (SSO)

Description

  • Fetching data from Windchill in ThingWorx Navigate fails with "Access is denied. You are not a registered Windchill user." when it is configured with Windchill Authentication
  • Cannot execute service from a Windchill Connector Thing within ThingWorx Platform, getting 500 error
  • ExecuteTask function does not execute InfoEngine tasks
  • Cannot get data from Windchill PDMLink with a Windchill Connector Thing based on the WindchillConnector Thing Template in ThingWorx Platform
  • Executing a service manually from a custom Windchill Connector Thing in ThingWorx Platform results in the following:
    • Execution error in service script [<Service>] :: The server sent HTTP status code 500: 500]
  • Error in Windchill PDMLink's MethodServer log:
