Description
- how to map a model item parameter/IBA to Standard Control Characteristics (SCC) IBA
- IBA (Instance Based Attribiute) values of Model Items are not visible in Product Structure Browser (PSB)
- They are visible as expected in Manufacturing Associative Product Structure Browser (MAPSB)
- Consider a Global Attribute named TS_MI added configured to map Model Item type in Type and Attribute Manager as follows:
- in Creo Parametric, the starting point in related Annotation Element can be defined as follows:
- After checkin of the CAD Document, the Control Characteristic object in associated WTPart can be created as follows in MAPSB:
- Control Characteristics tab of MAPSB will display the value of the Model Item's Designated Parameter as expected :
- However, when trying to display it in PSB, the value is unexpectedly empty:
