Description

  • Added a Trace between a Windchill RV&S Item and Windchill PDMLink Part via Digital Product Traceability (DPT) but the Trace does not show in the Traced To table
  • Windchill RV&S and/or Windchill Modeler Traces show in the Traced To as expected but Codebeamer Traces show an error
  • OSLC Configuration is not working and gives connection error.
  • Windchill PDMLink server which was integrated with Codebeamer and was working earlier but adding another OSLC client broke the connection
  • Getting an error when trying to view Traces in the Traced To table for one OSLC resource (e.g. Windchill RV&S) but another OSLC resource (e.g. CodeBeamer) shows the Trace as expected
  • Trying to configure Digital Product Traceability between Windchill PDMLink and one of the following resources:
    • Windchill RV&S
    • Windchill Modeler
    • CodeBeamer
  • Viewing F12/Dev Tools when opening the Traced To table to view a Trace shows that the ThingWorx service GetUpstreamRemoteData call made from Windchill returns the following response under records

  • ERROR: "Internal Server Error. Contact your Administrator" is shown in Traced To table after successfully adding a Trace in Windchill PDMLink:

  • Windchill MethodServer log located in <Windchill Install>\logs reports following error:
