- Active Daily Users (ADU) failed to log in due to lack of available licenses and the Maximum active daily user count for a license has been exceeded
- PTC Contributor Licenses for Active Daily Users appear to be giving denials even though it appears that there are fewer unique user logins within a day period
- How to find a way to determine when licenses were pulled and when they release?
- Is it possible to set ADU License everyday release time not at 0:00 GMT

Can the release time for Active Daily User (ADU) be changed? Is there a way to force a release of all ADU licenses before midnight?
- What is the validity period of an Active Daily User license? Is it from 00:00 to 23:59:59 GMT or 24hours later from user's access?
- Unable to access Product Families and Matrix Editor even a user is a member of the PTC Platform Structures - Active Daily User license group
- ADU Users are getting the following warning while logging in:
- Unable to add existing users to license groups
