Description
- If opening a *.txt file that is a primary content of a WTDocument in Chrome or Edge, the Japanese/Chinese characters got garbled
- Go to the Import Job detail page and click on the link of a job log
- Japanese characters are garbled
- When opening purge job log in Edge, the Japanese characters got garbled
