  • DXF export process mapping of symbol fonts is producing "?" signs for Geometric Tolerance symbols when drawing is set to legacy and model is set to any other symbol_font value
  • Consider following conditions:
    1. a Drawing displaying following Geometric Tolerance in Creo Parametric:
Geometric_Tolerance_Creo
  1. the presence of GDT Font in C:\Windows\Fonts (or in folder where pro_font_dir config.pro option points to)
  2. A DXF export mapping process configured as documented in article 282640 (symbol_ASME Creo Parametric font mapping GDT DXF Font)
  3. Related 3D model configuring symbol_font with value ASME in >File >Prepare >Model Properties >Detail options >Change
  4. The Drawing configuring symbol_font with value Legacy in >File >Prepare >Drawing Properties >Detail options >Change
  • In above conditions, DXf Export process displays following result upon >File >Save as >Export >DXF >Preview
