Properties are not seen in Composer following import of Thing with updated properties in ThingWorx 8.4

Description
- Following updated xml import of Thing with new properties, GetPropertyDefinition service shows the properties but properties are not seen under properties tab for the Thing
- A valid return is seen when using the GetPropertyDefinition service to search for a property but the property does not show up in composer under the properties tab for the Thing
- Issue affects remote Things with changed properties
