Add Gadget pop up is not rendered correctly and scroll bars are not displayed when MashupToAddFixedWidth and MashupToAddFixedHeight are set on the Dashboard Widget in ThingWorx Platform

Description
- When selecting the Add Gadget option from a Dashboard in a browser screen that is smaller than a fully maximized view, the popup window does not render correctly
- After maximizing the window, the popup is still not correct and requires a refresh of the browser page
- Unable to Add Gadget to a Dashboard as the Add Gadget pop up does not fit in the browser window
- Attempting to open a static sized Gadget Library Mashup in a browser window that is smaller than the Mashup results in the Mashup being cut off
- Unable to close Add Gadget Mashup as it is cut off
- Using Add Gadget button from a Dashboard results in an incorrectly oriented display
- MashupToAddFixedWidth and MashupToAddFixedHeight cause Add Gadget Mashup to render wrong
- Cannot Add Gadgets from pop up as they are not accessible like in the following image:
