- Message SERVER-OUT: Failed to send the message(71) <END> appears in FlexNet Admin vendor daemon log
- Some users occasionally fail to obtain the license due to occasional triggers. Viewing the server log shows 11:37:58 (ptc_d) SERVER-OUT: Failed to send the message(71) <END> Generally, it can be resolved after reconfiguring the license
