Description
- Connection to InTouch 2014R2 through KEPServer InTouch Client driver fails
- Connection from InTouch to KEPServerEX Suitelink/Fast DDE driver fails
- Event log shows errors: Device not responding
- InTouch Runtime is running
- As soon as I turn on Kepware I get heap errors in wonderware and the system runs out of memory
- Wonderware InTouch Client Device Driver 'V6.16.217.0' is not able to read live values of tags from InTouch 2017 (ver 17.2.003318.0735.000.000) running in Interactive Mode with Path set per locations of wwheap.dll and ptacc.dll files {C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArchestrA and C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\Intouch}
- Tags were imported from Intouch application directory for application that is running on same system as KepServerEX
- Kepware OPC Quick Client on same system shows as "Bad (Out of Service) in Quality field
