"[1,014] Data store search server error: [Unrecoverable data access error. Please contact the administrator]" is seen when utilizing Blogs or Wikis backed by DataStax Enterprise Persistence Provider on ThingWorx Platform

Description

  • Cannot use DataStax Enterprise (DSE) Persistence Provider to back Blogs or Wikis
  • Errors are seen when running services on a Blog or Wiki backed by a DSE Persistence Provider
  • Data Tables work correctly but Blogs and Wikis fail when backed by DSE
  • The following error is observed in the ThingWorx Platform ApplicationLog.log: 
    • [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.c.e.t.BaseExceptionTranslator] [I: ] [U: <User>] [S: ] [T: http-nio-80-exec-6] [1,014] Data store search server error: [Unrecoverable data access error. Please contact the administrator]
  • When executing AddBlogEntry on a DSE backed Blog the following error stack is observed in ErrorLog.log with stack trace error logging enabled:
