Install/uninstall issues affecting Trial versions of ThingWorx

  • ThingWorx Platform 8.3 to 8.4

Description

  • System requirements are not validated by the installer resulting in failed installations
  • Unable to find the installation documentation since it is not packaged with the installer
  • Efforts to install ThingWorx Trial for windows are failing
  • When cancelling the trial installation, the uninstaller fails to get created and cleanup is not sufficiently performed
  • Errors seen in ThingWorxH2Trial_install.log:
