Downloading file from file storage in ThingWorx is giving wrong name for the file

Description
- Files downloaded from ThingWorx File Repository are saved with different name than the one on the server
- This issue started to occur after in-place upgrade from ThingWorx 8.2.9 to 8.2.11
- When downloading a file or executing GetFileListingWithLinks service from FileRepository thing and click on one link, saving window is showing FileRepositoryDownloader name, not the file name
- Download the file using FileRepositoryDownloader and it will try to save as “FileRepositoryDownloader.pdf” instead of the real PDF filename
