Description
- Job log stuck at Retrieving Additional files phase.
- Creo View becomes unresponsive (hangs) when trying to open the svg file that was manually published by Creo illustrate, and following error is observed under Creo view log :
Loader FileCache Unable to extract file. zip
- Issue not reproducible under Windows 10 version 1703
