Pop Up does not display the close button after a different Pop Up with ShowCloseButton set to false is opened in ThingWorx Platform

Description
- ShowCloseButton setting does not consistently work on a Mashup
- Show close button seems to be canceled out by having multiple pop ups
- Pop ups that spawn from the same Mashup and have different values for ShowCloseButton lead to inconsistencies such as the close button not being displayed for either
- Pop Up A has ShowCloseButton set to true while Pop Up B has ShowCloseButton set to false. In situations where Pop Up A is opened after Pop Up B the close button is not displayed
- ShowCloseButton property on Modal Popup gets disabled if a Modal Popup with ShowCloseButton disabled is opened
