- Unable to login to ThingWorx via SSO
- Example from Pingfederate error logs state (Thawte is the CA in this example):
Unable to verify CRL from http://tg.symcb.com/tg.crl java.security.GeneralSecurityException: Unable to verify CRL signature because the issuer of the CRL (CN=thawte SHA256 SSL CA, O="thawte, Inc.", C=US) was not found in trusted CAs store
- User can login after a 1-minute delay after sending credentials
- Thingworx configured with SSO takes too long to log in
- Significant delay when users attempt to log into Thingworx for the first time
