Description

  • Excel file fails to publish with error
doc2pv Error:63005: Excel print failed: No printers are installed. To install a printer click the File tab, and then click Print. Click No Printers Installed, and then click Add Printer. Follow the instructions in the Add Printer dialog box
  • MS Excel publishing is failing while using the option Use Office for PDF, Enable Office publishing not selected
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is used 
  • All other Microsoft Office formats (MS Word / MS PowerPoint) succeed to generate PDF viewable via Create PDF both from AEM adminui and Microsoft Office application > Acrobat Tab
  • Excel document publishing fails with error doc2pv Error:63002: Failed to publish document file in WVS job log.
    • Error ALC-PDG-010-012-PDFMaker reported an error while printing the document. observed in verbose worker log.
  • Create PDF command from AEM's adminui page fails with error:
    • ALC-PDG-010-012-PDFMaker reported an error while printing the document..
  • Creating PDF from Acrobat tab within excel application shows below warning:
