Description
- Mail or notification can't be sent after configuring Mail Server
- Mail or notification can't be sent after changing the from Mail address
- With debug logs from CS107976, error thrown in Background MethodServer:

- After configuring Mail Server, fail to send email via Quick Links > Email Page with below message in MethodServer log
