Windchill MethodServer and BackgroundMethodServer cannot start with error: "Could not initialize Auditing service." in Windchill PDMLink

Description

  • Windchill MethodServer cannot start.
  • Users unable to connect to Windchill Method server shows error 
    ERROR [main] wt.method.server.startup.services  - Failure to start manager wt.audit.StandardAuditService wt.services.ManagerException: Could not initialize Auditing service.
