Creo View: The color of edges in Wireframe Render Mode are inconsistently applied when including related Model Annotations

Description
- Model edges shown in Wireframe mode are not consistent with/without 3D annotation.
- Scenario 1:
- Create a Creo Parametric model with default model color
- Convert it to PVZ file
- Open it in Creo View in Wireframe mode, all of model edges shows black.
- Scenario 2:
- Create a Creo Parametic model and change some surface's color.
- Create an annotation which references a model edge with default color.
- Convert it to PVZ file.
- Open it in Creo VIew in Wireframe mode, all of model edges are shown in the color of the surface which are changed in STEP 1.
- Scenario 3:
- Create a Creo Parametric model with default model color.
- Create an annotation which references a model edge.
- Change the color of this annotation.
- Convert it to PVZ file.
- Open it in Creo VIew in Wireframe mode, all of model edges are shown in the color of the annotation.
