None of the ThingWorx Analytics Server microservices start on some Windows machine.

Description
- All microservices (twas-xxxx) do not auto start after installation or reboot of server.
- No log files are created under <ThingWorxAnalyticsServer>/data/logs
- Windows services fail to start with error
Windows could not start the XXXX on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to the service-specific error code 3
- Windows Event Viewer Application log shows the following error for each services:
05 nssm 1010 None "The description for Event ID 1010 from source nssm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
