Unreliable behaviour of Analytics Manager in ThingWorx 8.3.4

Description

  • When using ThingWorx Platform 8.3.4 and ThingWorx Analytics extension 8.3.3 and below, several issues can be observed, for example:
    • Enabling / Disabling an Analysis Event generates error
      • Failed to toggle 'Enabled' status for the selected Analysis Event. com.thingworx.entities.RootEntity.toXMLExport(Lorg/w3c/dom/Document;Ljava/lang/String;)Lorg/w3c/dom/Element
    • Analysis Event stop functioning or Analysis jobs stop being triggered upon update of the source Thing
    • ANSYS agent fails in simulation
      • Analysis agent report error
