Description
- Getting error connecting KEPServerEX to PTC hosted Thingworx instance:
Connection to ThingWorx failed.| Platform = <domain:port>/Thingworx/WS, error = could not initialize a secure socket connection
- Validated that local firewall rules are not blocking connection
- Connection using the IP address was successful initially but then failed with a 400 Bad Request error
- ThingWorx Kepware Server cannot connect to Cloud hosted ThingWorx instance named *es.thingworx.com
