Description
- When Store and Forward is enabled in KEPServerEX / ThingWorx Kepware Server / ThingWorx Industiral Connectivity (TWIC), repeating errors are seen for Remotely Bound properties of Industrial Thing
- Built In properties associated with Industrial Connection Thing (Thing that is configured on Kepware side) do not update correctly
- <ThingworxStorage>\logs\ApplicationLog.log shows the following error multiple times or only once directly after a connection is setup
- An Invalid Property Value Was Sent To [<Industrial Gateway Thing Name> Property: [<Property>]
- Where <Property> could be any of the following (as defined in ThingWorx Kepware Server Manual, page 44-45):
- StoreAndForwardEnabled
- StoreAndForwardEnabledStatus
- DatastoreDiskFull
- DatastoreFull
- StoredUpdateCount
- DeleteStoredData
- DatastoreCurrentSizeMB
- DatastoreRemainingSpaceMB
- DatastoreUseableDiskSpaceMB
- DatastoreAttachError
- DroppedUpdates
- ForwardMode
- ForwardModeStatus
- Where <Property> could be any of the following (as defined in ThingWorx Kepware Server Manual, page 44-45):
- An Invalid Property Value Was Sent To [<Industrial Gateway Thing Name> Property: [<Property>]
- Store and Forward configured in Project > Properties > ThingWorx section of KEPServerEX / ThingWorx Kepware Server / ThingWorx Industiral Connectivity (TWIC) is enabled and certain properties are no longer being updated on ThingWorx Platform
- No custom property updates seem to be lost but ThingWorx Platform is showing An Invalid Property Value Was Sent To
