Cannot open Inventor files (.iam & .ipt) when Creo View is started in non-English languages

Description
- Unable to open Autodesk Inventor files (*.ipt, *.iam) if started with non-english Langauges (i.e; German, French)
- The same files are opened without issues when the language is set to English
- Files get also opened when using Open File dialog by setting the filter to Inventor (*.ipt, *.iam)
- Error message when starting in French:
Impossible de charger le fichier demandé
- Error message when starting in German:
Die angeforderte Datei konnte nicht geladen werden
