Description

  • ThingWorx fails to connect to KEPServerEX with repeated errors in the ThingWorxStorage/logs/ApplicationgLog.log:
[L: ERROR] [O: c.t.c.s.c.j.Jsr356ServerConnection] [I: ] [U: ] [S: ] [T: http-nio-443-exec-5] Error [authenticating connection], Server websocket will be closed.  cause: Missing application key!
"Error executing API request message, sending error response to caller!"
  • Need to determine what device is attempting to connect to the Platform with a bad Application Key (appKey)
