Description
- Scheduler is not executing at the expected time (time zone / DST issue)
- Scheduler is not running at the specified time in ThingWorx Platform
- After bi-yearly Daylight Saving Time change the Schedulers are running one hour too late/early
- Scheduler execution time is not observing DST
- Scheduled jobs run on a UTC time zone instead of expected time zone

One hour data loss is possible with streams in the ThingWorx when daylight saving time ends
- Any entries logged in a stream in the hour prior to daylight savings time (DST) ending can be overwritten by new records
- Records logged in a stream can be overwritten by new records logged during the first hour after Daylight Savings has ended if they have the same timestamp
