Description
- A drawing containing multibyte (e.g. Chinese) data can't be viewed correctly in an English Language environment of Creo Parametric on Windows 10 operating system and Message Font win_chcn_font.ndx can not be loaded is given when retrieving the drawing
- Blow message returns when opening a format/drawing which includes font win_chtw_font.ndx, and the characters applying this font is displayed as frame
- Font win_chtw_font.ndx can not be loaded
- Set the environment variables and added the variable LANG value Chinese_Taiwan.950. also added ENV=Lang=Chinese_Taiwan.950 to the parametric.psf file. In the details of the software configuration editor Search for default_annotation_font in the options and change the value to win_chtw_font.ndx. When press OK and turn it on again, it changes back to the original win_font setting. Is it a computer problem or missing some settings?
