When checking a copy of WTpart created via “Save As” from Workspace, it get saved to wrong location (/Site/.. ) in Windhill PDMLink

Description
- When ckecking a new copy of WTpart (created via Save As) from Workspace, it get stored to wrong location (/Site/.. )
- When click and go to the wrong location (/Site/.. ) page, there will be folder with the same name of user's workspace name.
- This happens with the following conditions:
- The Edit multiple objects action is used to modify the copy of WT part (by adding a comment for exp) and then checkin
- The Save action is performed from Workspace
- WTpart copy is NEW and not yet checked In
- Performing the same from Commonspace, the WT part copy gets saved to expected location
- When user edit structure and check in a new copy of WT Part which is created via Save As from Workspace, it get stored to wrong location (/Site/.. )
- Issue also happens when open the new WTPart copy in workspace and edit the part attribute in PSB(Product Structure Browser) with Windchill preference>part management-Enable Inline Editing Product Structure Browser set to Yes
