Creo Parametric hangs randomly at authentication window during startup

Description
- If the user moves over the links on Resource Center web page, Creo Parametric hangs
- This happens when the authentication is required directly on startup because config.pro contains options requiring Windchill access: wtpub://<SERVER-ALIAS>/... and
- web_ browser_homepage is set to <Windchill_URL>/Windchill/app
- "Windows Security" login window does not accept input for windchill access as soon as Creo session launched
- Unable to click on OK button on login UI whenever Creo 3.0 M190 launched
- Creo Parametric remains non responding and needs to be terminated and restarted
