ThingWorx Kepware Server (legacy) linked to Ignition is polling Modbus TCP data via a Moxa MGATE MB3108 (converting 22 Modbus RTU devices at 19,200 bps to TCP), and despite configuring one channel with 31 devices, shared socket, and 100 ms inter-request delay to reduce over-polling, the MGATE still fails after several hours; seeking guidance on whether Kepware polling remains excessive or if the MGATE hardware is undersized, and requesting additional tuning recommendations
