Description
- Kepware Server (formerly KEPServerEX) running on Windows Server 2012 cannot connect to Devices
- Kepware Server (formerly KEPServerEX) running on Windows Server 2016 cannot connect to Devices
- Kepware Server (formerly KEPServerEX) running on Windows 10 cannot connect to Devices
- Device Not Responding message in KEPServerEX Event Log
- No TX or RX on Windows Server 2012 machine
- Communication works on many operating systems but not on Windows Server 2012
- Telnet to device from Kepware system works fine
