- Error while starting ThingWorx during SSO configuration:
- The system is currently encountering an authentication configuration error.
- Close the browser and try to login again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
- Note: this is a generic error which can appear for a variety of reasons, so it is advisable to check the Platform Application Logs for details when this error appears
