- Mouse cannot be used in Chrome browser on Windows Surface Pro to interact with ThingWorx:
- Mouse does not work on a desktop or laptop with touch screen
- ThingWorx Mashup Websocket browser based client is used in Windows Surface Pro, and not as TightVNC client
