Description
- After rehosting an existent server, connection of Creo Parametric fails with error:
- The server is currently unavailable. Do you want to switch to offline mode?
- Server Response Processing Exception error is thrown while saving the newly created object, after click OK, it may works to perform the next step with same message once again.
- Unable to connect to a Windchill PDMLink server due to error "The server is currently unavailable. Do you want to switch to offline mode?" when using Creo Parametric
- Error is reported consistently for only new created CAD documents and not for existent/modified objects
- Error is reported if attempting to generate a new CAD name using the existent OIR
- Note: Windchill PDMLink server is always online
- It might get error message in Event Management "Registering Authoring Application"
- Location field for the new objects may be displayed as blank during the check in wizard
- While trying to connect to Windchill PDMLink through Arbortext Editor gives an error There are no contexts that the user has access to
