Description
- The Visualization and Attributes Thumbnail Preview on the Windchill Details tab shows just a blank white square when viewed in Internet Explorer
- Cannot view the Default Representation in Creo View by clicking in the space where the 3D image should be
- Only occurs when the Vaulting & Replication > Preferred File Server preference is set to a Remote File Server site
- This occurs even after updating to a Critical Patch Set (CPS) that includes the fix to the generic browser Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) issue described in CS261181
