Description

  • ThingWorx migration or upgrade results in 401 error
  • PostgreSQL installation with imported data results in 401 application error
  • Database connects properly and no startup errors in the application log, but fails to start
  • Unable to access Composer with 401 error displayed on screen
  • Following error logged in /ThingworxStorage/logs/ApplicationLog.log:
YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss. [L: ERROR] [O: c.t.s.a.AuthenticationFilter] [I: ] [U: ???] [S: ] [P: ] [T: https-jsse-nio-8443-exec-934] Could not handle request
