- Exit when loading a 2D or 3D representation
- Issue happen on Intel(R) Graphics 530 and Intel(R) HD Graphics 520, Driver Version = 21.20.16.4590
- Creo View 4.0 F000 throws error: Productview.exe has stopped working.
- The Event Manager states: Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ig9icd64.dll
- traceback.log reveals traces of called ig9icd64 in Creo Parametric
